Terms of Service

Norfix operates an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Norfix is not the provider of the underlying services and is not a party to any contract formed between a customer and a provider.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Norfix.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the law, or community rules.

Customers must describe their job honestly, communicate respectfully and pay agreed amounts on time. Booking a pro creates a direct contract between the customer and the pro, on the terms they agree.

• Deliver the agreed service on time and to a professional standard.
• Hold any licences, insurance or registrations required by local law for your trade.
• Issue lawful invoices and pay all taxes due in your jurisdiction.
• Communicate only through Norfix until a booking is confirmed.

Posting a request and receiving offers is always free for customers. Providers may purchase lead credits to unlock customer contact details for jobs they want to quote. Lead credits are non-refundable. Norfix does not process payments between customers and providers — that is arranged directly between the parties.

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions, reviews) and grant Norfix a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it on the platform. Reviews must reflect a genuine completed job. Harassment, fraud, off-platform contact attempts that bypass our fees, and illegal services are prohibited.

Any dispute about the service itself — quality, pricing, payment — is between the customer and the provider, who form a direct contract. Norfix is not a party to that contract and does not handle refunds for the underlying service. We may suspend or remove accounts that repeatedly receive complaints.

Norfix provides the marketplace "as is" and does not guarantee any specific outcome of services provided by independent pros. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid to Norfix in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
